What we're looking for
- Three or more years building production web applications
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, plus a server-side language
- Comfortable owning a feature end to end
- Able to explain technical decisions to non-technical clients

Advise clients on compliance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act, run readiness reviews and support POTRAZ inspection preparation.
What we're looking for
- Working knowledge of the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07]
- Experience conducting audits, DPIAs or compliance assessments
- Confident presenting findings to boards and executives
- A relevant privacy or legal qualification is an advantage

What we're looking for
- Two or more years running paid social and search campaigns
- Hands-on with content creation and scheduling tools
- Comfortable reading analytics and reporting on outcomes

IT Support Technician
Full-time · Harare, Zimbabwe
First-line support across hosting, email, domains and client infrastructure, with escalation to our senior engineers.
What we're looking for
- Experience with cPanel, DNS, email configuration and SSL
- Methodical troubleshooting and clear written communication
- Patience — many clients are not technical
- Relevant certification is an advantage
